Perks

Mastery perks are picked before the run. I take Effective Looting, Marathon, Sleight of Hand, Pharmacist, with Hidden Compartment and Sample Identification as bonus perks.

The ammo upgrades (Ammo Upgrade, Blast Mastery) are different: they level up during the run.

Research that makes the money

In the research tree these are the nodes that matter most for income: Sample Identification, Bio Retrieval, Vending Machine Hunter.
